Ground in the source, not in vibes.
Every AI answer is grounded in retrieved passages from the official Code, Central Rule, gazette or FAQ. When the corpus is thin, the model uses general knowledge — and tells you it's general knowledge.
Compliance ≠ a black box.
Every state change is in an immutable audit log. Roles, modules and branch access are visible — you can hand a regulator a permission matrix on demand.
Multi-branch first.
Acts apply per establishment in India. A 200-person Pune plant is not the same compliance unit as a 12-person Mumbai office. Our entire data model respects that.
Honest about not-legal-advice.
We say it where it matters: a binding interpretation needs a qualified labour-law advisor. We surface the law, you make the call.
