These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the cmplihr.ai website and any related services or marketing material made available by us. By using this website you agree to be bound by these Terms.

cmplihr.ai is jointly owned and developed by Talent Works LLP and Globalion Technology Solutions Private Limited (collectively, the "Operators").

1. Eligibility

You may use this website only if you are legally competent to enter into binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, and only for lawful purposes.

2. Website content

Content on this website — including text, graphics, mock-ups, screenshots and downloadable material — is provided for informational purposes only. It does not constitute legal, financial or compliance advice and should not be relied upon as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional.

3. Intellectual property

All intellectual property in the website, including trademarks, logos, designs, software and copy, is owned by or licensed to the Operators. You may not copy, reproduce, modify or create derivative works without prior written consent, save for fair use under applicable law.

Access to the cmplihr.ai Platform is provided under a separate Master Subscription Agreement or order form. These Terms do not, by themselves, grant rights to use the Platform.

6. AI-generated content

The Platform uses AI to help draft content such as notice responses, remediation plans and gap summaries. AI-generated output is a starting draft, not a legal opinion or binding interpretation of any statute — it must be reviewed and approved by an authorised user before being relied upon or sent externally, and does not substitute for advice from a qualified labour-law advisor.

7. Disclaimers

The website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages arising from your use of the website. Our aggregate liability arising from this website shall not exceed INR 10,000.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Operators and their affiliates from any claim arising out of your breach of these Terms or your unlawful use of the website.

10. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms.
